  • Integrity and fair play - honesty, openess and consistency will build trust and loyalty amongst the team
  • Motivation and giving credit - Working out what makes individual people tick will improve your ability to motivate and get the best out of others 
  • Prioritisation and time management - planning time and resources allows you to be more organisaed to make sure you work on the important, not just the urgent
