There is a growing need for more flexible, cost effective learning that extends beyond the classroom, focussing both on performance and providing support at the point of need. The addition of online training can build on and integrate the learning from the face to face programmes or virtual classrooms, providing a learning journey that suits all participants needs.

Our face to face and virtual classroom training is provided by our partner company Contact Consulting who have over 25 years experience in management training and leadership development.

Our online platform provides an online community space where participants can access robustly designed online modules any time, anywhere and can also share ideas and experience with their colleagues. Our online modules include support from one of our experts throughout a participant's learning journey.
