  • It’s often easier to do something yourself. Is there a pain free way of getting people to do a job as efficiently and as quickly as I can? 
  • I know we‘re not all motivated by the same things. How can I find out more about what makes the people in my team tick? How do I use these insights to improve performance?   
  • Some people on my team would like to get more out of their jobs. I know they would like to try different things and could do more. How can I support them to make this happen?

  • Work out what makes people tick and improve my ability to motivate and get the best out of others             
  • Start delegating more effectively to free up time for important tasks and to develop my team
